Creative Expressions - Julia Watts

The lovely, and very talented, Julia joined our Charlie yesterday to share some beautiful techniques using masks, from Creative Expressions.  I immediately zoned in on the glittery finishes!  Masks allow you to use so many different products with them, and you can attain a great variety of effects - it makes them incredibly cost effective.

When you have created stunning backgrounds, you can use them with anything.  I've popped a couple of samples that Julia created, here, but please check our Pinterest page, where we'll be sharing even more cards with you.

Doesn't the texture paste look dramatic!  If you want to check the paste out then follow the link for the Hochanda web site:

If you would like to catch the lovely Julia back in action, then watch out for her next week, as I do believe she's back with us - with something special.

She's travelled all the way from Denmark to bring you incredible shows across three days, showcasing the Christmas paper range from Creativ Company. Lotte will be bringing you lots of demonstrations throughout her shows on how you can use all of these beautiful papers to create a Scandi Christmas this year. Here's just one of the projects Lotte will be showing this week...  Step 1. Half two 2.5cm wide paper star strips. Now only use three of the four paper star strips. Step 2. Double over each of the three paper star strips and cut all the ends at an angle. Put a star strip around another star strip and fold it tightly three times around this star strip.
